Pet Crimes: Starved, Beaten, DWI Victim
Police agencies and the SPCA of Westchester were involved in three incidents.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Police accused four people of animal abuse in three separate incidents this past week.
In one, two women agreed to adopt four pets but then left them to starve, police said. Two died. Police are searching for the women.
In another, the SPCA of Westchester said witnesses and video showed a man punching a dog in the head and kicking it.
