- Preorder items -- that is our most efficient way of getting customers in and out quickly
- Select just one member of your family as the "designated shopper" to send to the Market
- If arriving as a couple, bring enough reusable bags so that you can split up shopping duties
- Please do not use the Market as a social or family outing at this time
- Absolutely avoid the Market if you are sick, especially if you have a temperature of 100° or above, a cough, a sore throat, or shortness of breath. Gajeski Produce and Maple View Farm continue to keep the Market full of fresh items and well-stored staples. Dive in and get preordering!
Spice Revolution has their PFM-O store loaded with their Valentine's Day chocolates and new Bleeding Hearts (heart shaped flakey pastries filled with strawberry jam).
Edgwick Farm has handcrafted chocolate goat cheese truffles for the Valentine's Day, as well delicious as fresh and aged cheeses. Preorder some tonight.
Red Barn Bakery encourages you to gather some of their French macarons for the holiday. These cookies with slightly domed tops and a crinkled “foot” around the bottom edge are paired with a filling to create elegant little sandwiches.
Trotta Foods has made a batch of fun and flavorful Roasted Red Pepper & Mozzarella heart shaped ravioli. Check out all their items in PFM-O tonight.
Warwick Valley Winery and their Black Dirt Distillery and also Spirits Lab will be in Saturday. Please check out each producer's PFM-O store to explore their unique items.

Baking for Purim? Conant Valley Jams has jams which are perfect as filling for Hamantaschen - coming up on 2/25 (the traditional pastry which are eaten on Purim).
Mead Orchards has 20 varieties of crisp apples to offer, super delicious varieties of squash including Bora Bora, Sweet Dumpling and Red Kuri, and this week, in addition to their standard apple cider, they have cherry apple cider as well. Check out all Mead's items and preorder tonight.
Kriemhild Dairy Farms will be in with their Butter and Creme Fraiche, as well as their Creamline Whole Milk. And this week they're introducing Kriemhild Creamline Chocolate Milk (ingredients: milk, sugar, and Dutch cocoa).
Rock City Mushrooms is in on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays of each month in February and March. That means their in this Saturday and in PFM-O tonight for preorders of mushrooms and turkey.
