Phelps Health Tip:
Lead Sponsor Phelps Hospital Northwell Health shares the following: "Authentic artisanal cheeses aid digestion through the presence of enzymes and/or anti-viral MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides). They also contain less salt than processed cheeses, and none of the dyes, preservatives, stabilizers and other unnecessary ingredients found in more conventional cheese products".
