When did your business open?

As of September 1, 2017, we took over ownership of ABH Car Wash & Detail.

How did you come up with the name?

ABH Car Wash & Detail has been around for several years. We put much consideration into changing the name when we took over, however, we felt that ABH had a strong presence in the community and we wanted to continue to build on that. For many who don’t know, ABH stands for All By Hand and that describes our business perfectly.

Why start a business in this town?

In his prior position Joey worked in Briarcliff for over 15 years. With this, he has met and made relationships with so many wonderful people and businesses in the area. Briarcliff is a wonderful community which we are proud to represent and own a business in.

What business are you in?

ABH Car Wash & Detail is a full service all by hand car wash and detail center. Not only do we service vehicles, but we will gladly hand wash or detail motorcycles, ATVs, boats, trailers, large vans, dump trucks and more! Our other services include window tinting and tint removal, paintless dent removal, wheel repair, headlight restoration, paint coating/protection & Plasti Dip. We are open year-round, however, during periods of inclement weather, we may be closed.

What's the most difficult challenge you've faced starting a new business?

The most difficult challenge has been to encourage past ABH customers to give the “new” ABH a try. This was one of the points we considered when deciding to keep the ABH name. We pride ourseleves on our customer service and attention to detail and it shows. Our goal is to be the best at what we do and to bring the ABH name back to what it was years ago.

What's one highlight you've had since opening?

The biggest highlight we have had since opening has been having the opportunity to partner with local businesses. Businesses and people are the foundation of a great community and in partnering with other businesses we can provide our customers with the best service possible.

How does your business give back to the community?

We are proud to give back to the community by supporting local fundraisers and businesses.
