Roadwork To Close Ramps For Route 9A-Route 100 Interchanges
The work in Briarcliff Manor will run Sept. 17-25.

BRIARCLIFF MANOR — Repaving work on Route 9A and Route 100 will close the ramps in Briarcliff Manor that everyone uses to get between the two roads — starting Thursday.
The New York State Department of Transportation advises motorists to expect ramp closures between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays through Sept. 25.

- The northbound and southbound Route 9A ramp to northbound Route 100 (Saw Mill River Road) is expected to close. Motorists should follow the posted detour utilizing North State Road and Chappaqua Road and anticipate possible delays.
- The northbound and southbound Route 100 (Saw Mill River Road) ramp from northbound Route 9A is expected to close. Motorists should follow the posted detour utilizing Pleasantville Road and N. State Road and anticipate possible delays.

Motorists are reminded to Move Over a lane, if safely possible, or slow down significantly whenever encountering roadside vehicles displaying red, white, blue, amber or green lights, including maintenance and construction vehicles in work zones.
Motorists are urged to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
