Pleasantville Farmers Market has the most committed shoppers and producers. During the pandemic our shoppers have continued supporting regional farmers and food artisans (who for their part have not let up in bringing inspiring foods to market every week). Our producers are ready to help you safely gather ingredients for this week's meals. And they're offering items so you can have fun creating menus for Sunday's big game and for Valentine's Day (which is almost here). Note: Tree Juice Maple Syrup is making their February visit this Saturday (next visit is in April).

VENDOR HIGHLIGHTS For Saturday:

Tree Juice Maple Syrup is visiting this Saturday. Anyone making spicy maple chicken wings? Or maple pulled pork sliders? They have fun mini-packs for Valentines Day and they've added new maple sugar to their PFM-O store. Review all their items in PFM-O tonight.

Gajeski Produce has their PFM-O store full of fresh items and well-stored staples. Dive in and get preordering!

Spice Revolution is set to help you prepare menus with their Chinese New Year Spices and Super Bowl Spices. They also offering their Valentine's Day chocolates and new Bleeding Hearts (heart shaped flakey pastries filled with strawberry jam).

Stock up for snacking on Sunday with Pickle Licious' pickle chips, pickled veggies and numerous types of olives.

Congrats to Jacuterie! They're Saucisson Provencal has won a second Good Food Award. Enjoy this or one of their other charcuterie this weekend. Jacuterie's items are available through Chaseholm Farm Creamery. Grab one of Chaseholm's delicious cheeses, and some of Mead Orchard's apples and your underway...

Winter-growing Maple View Farm continues to make available microgreens, lettuces, mustard greens, baby kale, pea shoots, claytonia and bunched red radishes every week. Check out their PFM-O store tonight to place your preorders.

Edgwick Farm is back with numerous aged and fresh goat cheeses, goat milk (chocolate or white) and yogurt.

Woven Stars Farms has a great selection of meats for preorder and they've added 750 ml. bottles of apple cider vinegar crafted by neighboring Threshold Farm.

Fjord Vineyards and Cooper's Daughter Spirits will both be in Saturday. Please check out each producer's PFM-O store to explore their unique items.

Strudel House is in and this week they've added a new item: baked Crepes with (sweet) Cheese. Just heat and enjoy these sweet, lemony stuffed crepes for breakfast or dessert. Delicious when served with jam or fresh fruit.

Kiernan Farm has their PFM-O store ready with beef extra thick sandwich steaks on SALE at $12.50/lb (reg. $16.50/lb), and pork country style ribs (2 pieces per package) on SALE at $9.25/lb (reg. $13.25/lb). You can preorder 1lb of their ground beef for $11.75, or toggle down to order five 1lb packages to get $10.00 off the total order.

Bread Alone is highlighting that their Fruit & Nut Sourdough is changing from a half loaf to a full loaf. The bigger loaf is loaded to their PFM-O store (sold for $9).

Mead Orchards has 20 varieties of crisp apples to offer - and they've added back popular Crimson Crisp apples for this week. Additionally, they offer super delicious varieties of squash including Bora Bora, Sweet Dumpling and Red Kuri. You won't find these items anywhere but at the Market. Check out all Mead's items and preorder tonight.
