Work Saturday On Ramp From The Saw Mill To The Sprain Brook

If you're southbound, there will be a detour involving Route 100C to get from one parkway to the other.

MOUNT PLEASANT, NY -- The Exit 26 ramp from the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway to the southbound Sprain Brook Parkway is expected to close Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to noon. Crews will be performing maintenance activities, weather permitting.

Use the posted detour, which will direct traffic to exit the Saw Mill River at Exit 23 (100C) and travel east on Route 100C to the Sprain Brook.

Use caution when traveling through the work zone area and pay particular attention to flaggers and all traffic control devices, including signs.

Remember that fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
