6 Arrested After Yearlong OD Investigation In Port Chester
Charges included criminal sale and possession of illegal drugs.
PORT CHESTER, NY — Five men were arrested as a result of a yearlong investigation into fatal heroin and fentanyl overdoses in and around Port Chester. The men were taken into custody during early morning raids Wednesday in the village.
The charges for the five men — Eleonay Narvaez, Javelle Ross, Kaley Herring, Andre Price and Eugene Rodrigues — ranged from criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy, the Journal News said.
A sixth man — Rafael Olivera — was arrested last week in the Bronx and is being held in Rikers Island.
