Accident On I-95 Cleared, But Residual Delays Exist
Initially the right southbound lane was blocked.

PORT CHESTER, NY — An accident on I-95 Thursday, in which there were injuries, has been cleared but there could be residual delays, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The accident occurred in the southbound lanes at milepost 14.7 between the Connecticut state line and Exit 21 around 9 a.m.
Initially the right lane was blocked, but all lanes have since opened.
