Bartaco Patrons Will Be Sent Info On Class-Action Lawsuit
Only those customers who ate at the restaurant during a certain period of time will get a mailing.

PORT CHESTER, NY — If you ate at bartaco between Oct. 12 and Oct. 23, 2017, you should be getting a notice about your eligibility for a class-action lawsuit due to exposure to hepatitis A. More than 3,000 people were vaccinated for the virus after the public was warned about the outbreak that involved food or beverages.
The average payment in similar cases is about $200 or $300 per person, a food-safety attorney representing several people said, the Journal News reported.
A court date in early December has been scheduled.
