Colony Grill Aims For Memorial Day Opening In Westchester
The Connecticut pizza place is expanding into the Hudson Valley with its iconic hot oil pie.

PORT CHESTER, NY — Soon, the iconic hot oil pie will be available this side of the New York-Connecticut border. Colony Grill's expansion into Port Chester is almost complete.
The popular restaurant, which has four locations in Connecticut, will open around Memorial Day at 35 Abendroth Ave. in Port Chester.

The restaurant's signature thin crust pizza routinely gets on lists of best pizza in America. The Daily Meal ranked Colony Grill No. 85 in 2017, and said this:
