DWI Arrests In Port Chester

PORT CHESTER, NY — State police from Troop K said they removed 27 impaired drivers from the roads last weekend. Among them were three arrests either in Port Chester or of a Port Chester resident.

On October 28, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Rafael Diaz Calcano, age 31, of Norwalk, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 1 in the village of Port Chester, when he was interviewed during a DWI safety road check. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.

On October 28, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Jorge A. Pineda, 36, of Port Chester, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 1 in the village of Port Chester, when he was interviewed during a DWI safety road check. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.

On October 28, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Mauricio G. Duchitanagapintado, 29, of Port Chester, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of New Castle, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police alleged.
