Lifelong PC Resident and Purple Heart Recipient Anthony R. Bucci Dies at 64

An obituary from Craft Memorial Home.

Anthony R. Bucci, 64, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died September 22, 2013.  He was born May 31, 1949 in Port Chester to the late Joseph, Sr. and Marie J. Limone Bucci.  He was raised and educated in Port Chester graduating from Port Chester High School in 1967.  

Anthony served in the United States Army in Vietnam from 1969 to 1970.  Among the medals he received were the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star Medal.  He was a self-employed horticulturist.  

Anthony is survived by his brothers Joseph Bucci, Jr. and his wife Caroline of North White Plains, NY, Michael Bucci of Boca Raton, Fl, and Carmine Bucci and wife Christy of Wellington, Fl, and sister Maria D’Arco and husband Augie of Viera, Fl. nieces and nephews Danielle Bucci, Joseph Bucci, III, Michael Bucci, Lauren Bucci, A.J. D’Arco, III and Anthony D’Arco and by his faithful companion Mookey.  
Visitation will be 5-9PM on Tuesday September 24, 2013 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. Mass of  Christian Burial will be 9:30AM on Wednesday September 25, 2013 at Corpus Christi Church 136 South Regent St. Port Chester, NY.  Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Wounded Warriors.
