Owner Of 1 Gateway Plaza Wants To Sell To Storage Company

The village would have to rezone the property.

PORT CHESTER, NY — A rezoning request could mean a struggling downtown Port Chester business plaza will be turned into a self-storage facility. The owners of One Gateway Plaza on Main Street want to sell the building to Safe Guard Self-Storage.

A planner for the village said there has been no formal application for zoning request, lohud.com said.
