Police: 2 Men Had Heroin, Swiped Credit Card

Port Chester men charged with misdemeanor, felony.

Port Chester police arrested two men last Sunday who were allegedly in possession of heroin and a stolen credit card, according to authorities.

Police received a tip on Dec. 30 from a resident saying that his brother and his brother's friend were driving under the influence of drugs. The tipster also noted his aunt was missing her American Express card, and that the brother may be in possession of it.

Officers soon after stopped a vehicle matching the tipster's description -- behind the wheel were the brother, 31-year-old Daniel Tremble, and his friend, 30-year-old Kajeten Kulpinski, police said.
