Port Chester police, working in conjunction with the Westchester Drug Observation Narcotics Incentive team saw a man acting suspicious on Traverse Avenue and Purdy Avenue on Oct. 16 at 6:21 p.m. They found him with eight glassine envelopes of Heroin. The 49-year-old Grace Church Street man was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor.
