PORT CHESTER, NY — Small business owners in Westchester County's only orange-level coronavirus zones hit the streets Monday to protest the state-mandated restrictions.

Many of the owners said the restrictions were not slowing the spread of the virus, even as they continue to lose business income, the Journal News said.

They also contend the restrictions are wrongly imposed on businesses when even the state is saying small family gatherings are spreading the virus.
