Port Chester Cops Probe Home Burglaries

PORT CHESTER, NY — Port Chester police reported two home burglaries Tuesday afternoon. They took place sometime between 1-4 p.m. in the northern part of the village in the Francis/Field Place & Burdsell drive area.

This was not an isolated incident, there were a couple in Rye Brook and some recently in lower Westchester as well, all believed to be same people involved, police said on Facebook.

Police are asking any residents in the area to check surveillance equipment, which may have captured anything suspicious, such as a vehicle or people walking in that area.
