Port Chester Gets Grant To Refurb Marina Walkway
The walkway repairs are part of a larger redevelopment plan.

PORT CHESTER, NY — A grant to the Village of Port Chester will allow the remaking of part of the waterfront district. The New York State Regional Economic Development Council recently announced the awarding of a $980,000 grant to the village.
The village wants to use the money to make repairs to its dilapidated marina walkway, the Journal News said.
It's all part of a larger redevelopment plan for the waterfront, including pedestrian plazas and bridge, a kayak launch, boat slips and other improvements.
