Port Chester UFSD, Rye Brook, Rye Seek Flood Fixes
The three entities are hoping to get some of the money from the county.

PORT CHESTER, NY — Two municipalities and a school district are co-funding a study to help find flood mitigation fixes for Blind Brook. The 95,000 study will examine the Avon Circle and Bowman Avenue area in Rye Brook and the athletic fields west of Port Chester Middle School building.
The Village of Rye Brook and Town of Rye voted last week to make the agreement with the Port Chester Union Free School District formal, the Journal News said.
The Town of Rye applied for $50,000 in funding from the county, and the remaining costs will be split by the three entities.
