Port Chester's United Hospital Back For Sale Again
Port Chester had hopes that Starwood Capital Group would develop a mixed-used property.

PORT CHESTER, NY — The abandoned United Hospital in the Village of Port Chester is back on the market. Starwood Capital Group, which purchased the property in 2006, informed village officials that it was selling the building.
Any future buyer can take advantage to zoning approvals granted to Starwood, because the project stands “as-is,” the Journal News said.
Starwood wanted to build a 135-room hotel, 217,000 square feet of medical-type office space and 90,000 square feet of retail spaces.
