The same overpass was struck by trucks 14 times in 2018.

RYE BROOK, NY — An overpass that has been plagued with truck strikes has begun the new year with another incident. A tractor-trailer that was traveling northbound on the Hutchinson River Parkway hit the King Street overpass around 12:45 a.m. Wednesday.
