2 Men Caught Robbing Port Jefferson CVS: Police
A man displayed a gun and demanded cash, police say. Detectives were surveilling the area when the attempted robbery took place, police say.
PORT JEFFERSON, NY — Two men who robbed a Port Jefferson CVS on Thursday afternoon were arrested, Suffolk police said.
One of the men entered CVS, at 464 Main St., at 5 p.m. and displayed a gun while demanding cash, police said. Major Case Unit detectives were surveilling the area when the robbery happened, police said. Detectives arrested Clem Narcisse and his accomplice, Lemarvin Rowan Jr., a short distance away, police said.
Narcisse, 47, of Brentwood, and Rowan Jr., 52, who is un-domiciled, were each charged with first-degree robbery. They are scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on Friday.
