Car Crash Causes Downed Electrical Wires In Suffolk
The wires fell into the road after a car crashed into a pole, a caller told Suffolk Police.

PORT JEFFERSON STATION, NY — A car crashed into a pole early Tuesday morning in Port Jefferson Station, the Suffolk County Police Department said a caller told them. Electrical wires had to be cleared from the street after the crash.
The person told police a car hit a pole on Old Town Road and NY-347 around 4:10 a.m. No one was seriously injured, police said.
PSEG Long Island removed electrical wires that fell onto the road due to the crash, the company told Patch. No customers lost power.
