Incumbent, Running Mate Reelected In Belle Terre Elections
Incumbent trustee Richard V. Musto and newcomer Richard M. Harris took the top number of votes in Tuesday's election.

PORT JEFFERSON, NY — Voters in the Village of Belle Terre reelected an incumbent trustee and his running mate in a three-way race on Tuesday, according to a village spokeswoman.
Incumbent trustee Richard V. Musto and newcomer Richard M. Harris, who ran on the Citizens Party line, took the top votes at 159 and 136, respectively. Incumbent trustee Dr. Caroline Engelhardt, who ran by herself on the Residents Party line, garnered 112 votes.
The seats carry two-year terms.
