It's that wonderful time of the year to enjoy the many attractions Port Jefferson-area pumpkin patches have to offer.

PORT JEFFERSON, NY — Heading to a local pumpkin patch this fall may look a little different due to coronavirus, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still have a great time with family and friends.
Thankfully, coronavirus has only changed — not completely closed — your favorite pumpkin patch and its offerings this season. Below is a list of some of our favorite pumpkin patches near Port Jefferson.
Name: Niegocki Farms
Address: 604 Mount Sinai-Coram Road, Mt. Sinai
Season opening/closing dates: Now through Oct. 31
Attractions: Pumpkin picking, animal viewing, corn hole and pumpkin bowling.
Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily
Pricing: Pumpkins are 69 cents per pound

Name: Benner's Farm
Address: 56 Gnarled Hollow Road, East Setauket
Season opening/closing dates: Oct. 3 through Oct. 31 every weekend.
Attractions: Book a private tour of farm on the website, including a viewing of the animals. A tractor will take you to pumpkin patch. The pumpkin patch will be open to visitation, but this option won't include seeing the animals.
Hours: 10:30 a.m. through 3 p.m.
Pricing: Up to five people for $60. For groups larger than five, five more people can be added for an additional $10 fee each. Pumpkins are .60 cents per pound; there's no admission fee to get into the pumpkin patch. Tractor rides around the pumpkin patch are available for $5 per person.
