3 Arrested For Narcotics Possession Were In Stolen Car: PD
Authorities found ketamine and crystal meth in the stolen vehicle, police say.

Three people face narcotics possession charges after police say they were pulled over in a stolen vehicle in Manhasset on Thursday afternoon.
According to authorities, officers pulled over a white 2017 Hyundai after it made an illegal turn onto Community Drive from North Service Road at 5:30 p.m. Officers determined the vehicle was stolen from New York City and the below three occupants in the vehicle were placed under arrest, police say:
- Shawn McNeill, 40, of Riverhead
- Michelle Cardwell, 28, of Brick, NJ
- Victor Devagno, 60, of Oakland Gardens, Queens
Police say they found two bags in the car containing assorted pills believed to be controlled substances. Further investigation revealed the bag contained Ketamine and Crystal Methamphetamine, among other narcotics, police say.

McNeill, the driver of the vehicle, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seven counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Devango and Cardwell were each charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and six counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

They will be arraigned Friday at First District Court in Hempstead.
