Brian Waterson Elected Chief of Port Washington Fire Department
Elections were held Monday night.

Brian Waterson was elected chief of the Port Washington Fire Department.
Waterson was elected Monday at the fire department’s annual meeting.
Waterson, from the Atlantic Hook & Ladder, previously served as first assistant chief of the fire department.

On Monday, Bryan Vogeley, of the Flower Hill Hose Company, was elected first assistant chief, and Thomas Golden, of the Protection Engine Company, was elected second assistant chief.
In addition James Penrose, was re-elected fire marshal, and Scott Werner, ex-captain of Fire Medic Company No. 1, was elected director of the department.
