Drunken Driver Arrested With 2 Young Kids In Car In Roslyn: Cops
Police say he made multiple unsafe lane changes with two children, ages 2 and 6, in the car.

ROSLYN, NY — A New York City man has been arrested after police said he was drunkenly driving in Roslyn with two young children in the car.
Bryan Ramirez, 27, was driving a gray 2002 Acura west on the Long Island Expressway near exit 37 around 4 a.m. Sunday. Police said they saw him make multiple unsafe lane changes and pulled him over. They found two kids ages 2 and 6 in the car with him.
Ramirez was subsequently arrested without incident. The children were released into the custody of their mother.

Ramirez faces two counts of aggravated DWI with a child under 16 under the Leandra’s Law, as well as two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, DWI, and multiple traffic infractions.
He was expected to appear in Mineola court Sunday.
