Join The Tradition Of Port Washington Youth Activities Softball
Play At Lions Field, Port Washington's "Field Of Dreams"

Registration is open for the Port Washington Youth Activities (PYA) spring softball program. PYA operates Port Washington's largest softball program, serving kindergarten through 7th grade. The season begins March 24th for 2nd through 6th grades, and April 7th for kindergarten and 1st grade.
Over the past 55 years, PYA's softball program has grown to most recently include over 175 girls from Port Washington. It is the only town program sanctioned by Little League, and has a Little League safety plan. All coaches undergo background checks. Participation in the program includes both parent and professional softball coach instruction, professionally led clinics for coaches, and winter workouts featuring instruction from college softball coaches and the Schreiber Varsity coach and players. The program is run out of the Lions Field complex - a unique, multi-diamond community amenity that is undergoing a material renovation and beautification project.
PYA offers softball for all, from girls playing for the first time, to the advanced looking for travel team experience. From developmental level instruction and beginner leagues, to tryouts for competitive leagues and tournaments, girls from across Port Washington get to spend time learning and being active with friends, both old and new.
