Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Jan. 3: Hayley A. Acosta, 20, of East Patchogue, charged on Glen Cove Road and Talley Road S. in East Hills.
- Jan. 4: Anthony Alston, 55, of Far Rockaway, charged on Fenwood Drive and Central Avenue in Valley Stream.
- Jan. 4: Jessie Jones, 64, of New Cassel, charged on Prospect Avenue and E. Broadway in New Cassel.
- Jan. 5: Guang Zeng, 34, of Port Washington, charged on Port Washington Boulevard in Flower Hill.
- Jan. 6: Peter P. Osorio, 34, of Flushing, charged on Scheneck Avenue in Great Neck Plaza.
