Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated arrests. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Jan. 26: Jidion Ayala Valenzuela, 51, of Hicksville, charged on Notre Dame Avenue and Foran Place.
- Jan. 26: Nichelle M. Batte, 26, of Saint Albans, charged on Grand Avenue and Sunrise Highway in Baldwin.
- Jan. 26: Henry Munoz, 27, of Far Rockaway, charged on Morris Avenue and Mervin Street in Inwood.
- Jan. 27: Angela M. Ferraro, 32, of Levittown, charged on Merrick Road in Oceanside.
- Jan. 27: Walter Serrano, 42, of Uniondale, charged on Merrick Avenue in Westbury.
