Missing Port Washington Teen, 15, Home Safe

Update: Ethan Librandi returned home Saturday after being missing since last Wednesday.

UPDATE: Ethan Librandi returned home on Saturday, according to his father, Eric Librandi.

PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Nassau County Police Missing Persons Squad detectives are searching for a 15-year-old Port Washington boy who was last seen leaving his home at about 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Nassau County police said.

Detectives said Ethan Librandi is described as a white male, standing at 6 feet tall, and weighing about 150 lbs. Librandi, who has blue eyes and brown hair, was last seen wearing black pants, a gray, hooded sweatshirt, a black jacket and a black backpack, police said. He may be in New York City, Yonkers or New Jersey, according to police.

Detectives are requesting anyone with information about Librandi to contact the Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
