Port Washington First Day Of School 2020: In Photos
Port Washington kids returned to school for the first time in six months. Here are some of our favorite photos.

PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Whether it was virtual or in-person, Port Washington students returned to the classroom this week for the first time in months, taking on the new normal with smiles.
Students on the blue team at Paul D. Schreiber High School headed into school for their first A-Day, while students on the white team remotely learned on the first day. At Carrie Palmer Weber Middle School, art teacher Kristine Rivera welcomed students back virtually via Google Classroom under the district's hybrid model. And at Guggenheim and John J. Daly elementary schools, students enjoyed their food behind their protective shields during their lunch break.
Below is a roundup of some of our favorite photos.
