Port Washington Restaurants Taking Part In LI Restaurant Week

Get your stomachs and your wallets ready: Spring Long Island Restaurant Week will take place from Sunday, April 21 to Sunday, April 29.

Participating restaurants—more than 150 across Long Island— will offer a three-course prix fixe for $28.95 every night they are open except on Saturday when the deal only lasts until 7 p.m.

The deal includes a minimum choice of three appetizers, three entrées and three desserts.

Several restaurants in the Port Washington area will be participating in restaurant week. They are:

• Besito Mexican, located at 1516 Old Northern Boulevard in Roslyn (Mexican)
• Gatsbys Landing, located at 1362 Old Northern Boulevard in Roslyn (New American)
• Matteo's of Roslyn, located at 88 Mineola Ave. in Roslyn Heights (Italian)
• Mim's Kitchen & Cocktails, located at 235 Roslyn Road in Roslyn Heights (American)
• MP Taverna, located at 1363 Old Northern Boulevard in Roslyn (Mediterranean)
• The Wild Goose, located at 75 Main St. in Port Washington (American)
• Thyme, located at 8 Tower Place in Roslyn (New American)
• Trattoria Diane, located at 21 Bryant Ave. in Roslyn (Italian)
• Wild Honey On Main Restaurant, located at 172 Main St. in Port Washington (American)

Success out east prompted the creation of the Long Island-wide promotion, offering affordable meals from top chefs at some of the most expensive restaurants across the region.
