Residents Forward Hosts Virtual Youth Climate Summit

Looking for 100 students in grades 8-12 to apply

The Residents Forward Youth Climate Summit echoes the urgency of climate activists around the world. The time to work together to stop temperatures and waters from rising is NOW. We must work globally and act locally to address this emergency, which is affecting humanity and the species that are part of our interdependent web of life.

The Residents Forward Youth Climate Summit is open to 100 students in grades 8-12. The summit will rely on science, evidence-based research and experts in the field. Residents Forward is a non-partisan, not for profit organization, environmental and advocacy group that has worked for over 50 years to further practices of sustainability and resiliency. Our goal is to turn 100 middle and high school students into game changers in the global sustainability movement. The summit will consist of a keynote address and 4 workshops taking place on consecutive Saturdays beginning on February 27th. To learn more and apply to the Summit, visit our website.

While the Summit is free to students, each seat has a $200 value which has been generously paid for by our sponsors:
