ROSLYN, NY — Authorities have arrested a man they say threatened two people with a weapon during a dispute in Roslyn.

The incident occurred Monday night at a home on Pine Drive North.

According to a statement released Tuesday, Daniel Conwell, 40, was arguing with a 50-year-old man and a 79-year-old woman when he pulled out what appeared to be a handgun. Nassau County police say the Roslyn resident then pointed the weapon at the pair and demanded money from them.
