Summer Concert Series Returns To North Hempstead

North Hempstead's summer concert series is back. Get ready for free live music, family-friendly activities, and theatrical performances.

PORT WASHINGTON, NY — Grab your blankets, lawn chairs, and picnic baskets — because North Hempstead's summer concert series is back.

After more than a year of pandemic stagnation, the free outdoor series promises to be jam-packed with live music, family-friendly activities, and theatrical performances. All of the events are free to residents.

"North Hempstead is excited to offer a slate of exciting events this summer," said Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth. "This is the perfect opportunity to spend time outdoors at one of our parks with your friends and family."

  • Thursday, July 29 at 7:30 p.m. – A Decade of Soul (Classic Soul and Motown) – Whitney Pond Park

The TONH says: All shows will take place by the snowmobile at North Hempstead Beach Park. Bring a blanket or chair.
