3 Riverhead Students Honored For 'Building Bridges'

RIVERHEAD, NY — In a world often torn by division, three Riverhead High School students were recently presented with the Jewish Community Relations Council’s "Students Building Bridges" award.

Azharia Allen, Amiyah McDaniel and Deonte Ramos earned the award for “exemplary service” to their community and school. They also received citations from the New York State Senate and Assembly, the district said.
