'Alive On 25' Back In Downtown Riverhead After Pandemic

The fun-filled street festival bursts back into life in downtown Riverhead this summer.

RIVERHEAD, NY — A popular event in downtown Riverhead is back after the pandemic: Alive on 25, presented by the Downtown Riverhead Business Improvement District, kicks off on Thursday, July 1, with fireworks at 9:15 p.m. on the Peconic Riverfront.

The festival also continues on July 15, July 29, and August 12, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Alive on 25 is a free summer street festival in downtown Riverhead offering local craft beverages and wine, live music, artists, street vendors and activities the whole family can enjoy. The free walkable, pop-up festival on Main Street features restaurant offerings, artist exhibitions, and much more, organizers said.
