Christmas House LI Holds Special Events Throughout December

RIVERHEAD, NY; December 8, 2020 – Christmas House Long Island, a 10-room family friendly Christmas and Holiday experience in Riverhead, NY, will be holding a series of special event dates throughout the month of December as the Christmas holiday approaches. Each of these special dates will focus on boosting the holiday spirt and recognize those who are giving back during these challenging times.

“We are open and have created a safe and family friendly environment at Christmas House Long Island. Our special days and diaper donation effort allow us to give back and spread holiday cheer. We will recognize first responders, frontline health workers and veterans as part of this effort,” said Justin Schwartz, Co-Producer of Christmas House Long Island. “We have partnered with the Allied Foundation to collect diapers for needy families on Long Island and encourage our guests to bring a donation of diapers during our 12 days of diapers starting on December 7th to help those local families.”

The following is the calendar of events and special discount codes to use to get 10 percent off admission to Christmas House. Everyone who uses a code must agree to take a photo upon arrival.

• Monday, December 7 to December 18 – 12 Days of Diapers those who donate diapers can use the discount code: BABY
• Wednesday, December 9 – Santa Hat Day – those wearing a “Santa” hat receive discount with code CLAUS.
• Monday, December 14 – Crazy Christmas Sweater/Suit Day – One individual will receive a special gift code CRAZY
• Tuesday, December 15 – Front Line Healthcare Worker Tribute – All first responders and front-line health care workers enjoy a discount with code HEALTH.
• Wednesday, December 16 – Grandparents’ Day – grandparents bringing their grandchildren to Christmas House LI all will receive discount with code GRAND.
• Monday, December 21 – Dress Like an Elf Day – those dressing as Christmas Elves will receive discount with code ELF.

Christmas House Long Island runs through January 10, 2021. Themed rooms include a snow room with indoor snow effects and Long Island’s First Christmas Cake Walk with amazing cakes. Santa Claus will be at Christmas House every day and socially distanced photos can be purchased.

Located at 1241 Old Country Road, Riverhead, NY, Christmas House Long Island follows all New York State and Suffolk County health and safety rules/regulations as well as CDC health guidelines . Guests must wear masks, maintain social distancing and purchase tickets with an assigned arrival time in advance online. Hours of operation are: Monday – Thursday: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Fridays: 3 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.; Sundays: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tickets are: Monday through Friday: $20 for adults and $15 for children under 10 years of age; Saturday and Sunday: $30 for adults and $25 for children under 10 years of age.
