Flanders Man Mugged Opening His Front Door
Three men get away after victim said he was hit in the head with a baseball bat.

 Flanders man reported being hit over the head with a baseball bat and robbed of $130 on June 16.
According to a Southampton Town police report, the Groves Drive resident walked home from Cabana Latina and while he was on his porch trying to open his front door at around 11:10 p.m., three men approached him from behind.
One man reportedly hit him in the head with an aluminum bat, causing him to fall forward and cut his face open, and another man allegedly took $130 cash and a Blackberry from his pants pocket.

The man said the trio fled west. Police canvased the area with help from Riverhead Police K-9 unit brought in no suspects.
