RIVERHEAD, NY — Police are asking for the public's help to find a teen missing from Riverhead.
According to Riverhead Town Police, Alexis Vasquez, 16, left Little Flower Children's Services in Wading River on Friday without permission and has not returned. Vasquez is Black/Hispanic, 5-feet, 3-inches tall, and 130 lbs., with a dark complexion, brown eyes, and curly hair, police said.
No foul play is suspected, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Riverhead Town Police at 631-727-4500. All calls will be kept confidential.
