Mark Your Calendar: A Christmas Celebration at Hallockville

The historic Hallockville Museum is set to hold a back-in-time Christmas celebration on Dec. 8.

According to the museum's Facebook page, the event, which will run from noon to 3:30 p.m., will feature children's activities, an antique toy exhibit, holiday gift shopping a greenery sale, carriage rides and refreshments.

Santa is expected to arrive at 2:30 p.m.

Participants can also learn more about Victorian Christmas celebrations in Hallock Homestead and about Polish holiday traditions in the Chicanowicz farmhouse.

Admission is $8 adults/$6 museum members, $4 children ages 6-12, and free for children age 5 and under, $18 for a group of two adults and two children.
