The Riverhead Lions Club announced this week that it will hold its Christmas Parade on Dec. 1.
The annual event will kick off at 1 p.m. at Riverhead High School and run down Main Street in Riverhead.
The popular event features a visit from Santa, who rides down Main Street to the delight of community children.
Numerous community organizations, fire departments and marching bands will also be participating.
