WADING RIVER, NY — Police are asking for the public's help to find a teen missing from Wading River.
According to the Riverhead Police Department, Amiyah Booker, 17, left the Little Flower Children's Services facility, located on North Wading River Road in Wading River, at 1:45 a.m. Saturday "by unknown means and in an unknown direction."
Amiyah is a Black female, 5-feet, 4-inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, and has a dark complexion, brown eyes, and black short hair. No clothing description was provided but she was last seen with a light-colored blanket wrapped around herself, police said.

Her destination is unknown but she has been located in the Wyandanch area in the past, police said.
No foul play is suspected, police said.
