Tractor-Trailer Overturns On LI Expressway At Riverhead Exit: PD
An overturned tractor-trailer near Exit 72 on the Long Island Expressway led to a road closure Tuesday, police say.
RIVERHEAD, NY — A tractor-trailer overturned on the Long Island Expressway in Riverhead Tuesday afternoon, police said.
According to Riverhead Town Police Department, the crash took place at 12:20 p.m. at Exit 72; the eastbound lane is expected to be closed for a few hours, police said.
No injuries were immediately reported, police said.
