18-Year-Old Arrested for Grand Larceny

An 18-year-old resident of the Graham School was arrested on two felony charges for stealing a MacBook laptop worth $2,000.
Justin Hernandez is accused of stealing the laptop from the school, which is owned by a 63-year-old employee of the school on Feb. 28. Police said he was in possession of the computer at the time of his arrest.

He was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property; both in the fourth degree and both class E felonies.
He was issued $1,500 bail, which he could not make and was subsequently sent to Westchester County Jail. He is schedule to appear in court on Wednesday.Â
