A 45-year-old man was charged with an open container violation on Feb. 19 and is accused of having an uncovered can of beer.
The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force approached the Yonkers resident as he was standing in front of a church on North Broadway. The 45-year-old is scheduled to appear in court on March 4.
