Arrest Made in Dobbs Auto Accident Off Saw Mill

Exit 17 off the Saw River Parkway was blocked off due an accident Saturday afternoon.

Local and County emergency personnel were on the scene of a two car auto accident Saturday afternoon in front of Tattoo Me, at 413 Ashford Ave. in Dobbs Ferry, that closed off exit 17 of the Saw Mill River Parkway, left one driver injured and the other in police custody. 

One driver was taken to the local medical center with minor injuries after the accident that occured southbound on the parkway around 12:45 p.m.

Police would not say what the other driver was charged with, but that he was arrested and that the incident is an ongoing criminal investigation.
